The fixed ground mount for your hose reel is fantastic in that it works well and saves me from having to drill holes in the side of the house - something I hate doing.

One suggestion. It would be nice if the mount had an extension so the hose reel sits a little higher, not much, just a few inches. I’m old, bending over is a pain, plus I’m concerned the upward pressure exerted on the reel when the hose is initially pulled out is eventually going to cause a stress point to give out - hose reels get old too.

The retractable hose itself is amazing! But, we also purchased the ground mount to install it and it has worked great. Loved it so much, we ordered a second hose and mount. I only wish we had ordered everything sooner to enjoy it long before now!

Absolutely love my Hoselink. Being an older women with arthritis, this allows me to water my garden with ease. yay!

I’ve been putting off buying a hose reel to use on our deck for years now. I finally pulled the trigger this year and am so happy I did. Probably the main reason I went with Hoselink is their deck mount option. I didn’t want to mount the real to the house nor did I want to dig a hole for the pole mount options. The deck mount was quick and easy, only requiring 4 screws. Probably took all of 5 minutes from start to finish. The self retracting real is smooth and makes watering out flowers and vegetables so much easier than coiling up the hose like we used to do. If you are on the fence, just do it! You won’t regret it.

Discovering the ground mount instead of the wall mount solve a huge location problem for us. It was easy to install it on the concrete patio right by a spigot.

At 71 years old this has been a blessing to keep my plants watered. Will buy another for the back yard when I finish that landscaping. Quality product!
