  1. "Start Spring with a WIN!” is promoted by Hose-Pro USA LLC, EIN: 35-2720927 
    Address: 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover DE 19901.

  1. The giveaway commences on 00:00 ET March 6th, 2025 and entries close 11:59PM ET March 16th, 2025 

  1. Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Eligibility to enter 

  1. The competition is open to residents of the United States only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and all territories, aged 18 years or over. Friends and Family of Employees of Hose Pro USA LLC and any persons deemed to have an association with the promotion are not eligible to enter.   

  1. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. 

  1. It is also a condition of entry to “Start Spring with a WIN!” that entrants agree to receive marketing material from Hoselink USA.  

How to Enter  

  1. The maximum number of entries that can be awarded to an Entrant is 12.  

  1. Entries can be made via the links hosted on www.hoselink.com/win   

  1. Entries can be made four (4) ways:  

a. Subscribe to Hoselink USA Mailing List – 5 entries
b. Subscribe to Hoselink USA SMS notifications – 5 entries
c. Visit Hoselink USA’s Instagram Page – 1 entry 
d. Visit Hoselink’s YouTube Page – 1 entry 

An entry is confirmed when there is a blue tick next to the entry mechanic.  

The Prize 

  1.  The prize is a Prize Pack valued at $1,009.  

The prize pack includes:  

    • 1 x Classic 82ft Hi-Flow Retractable Hose Reel (choice of color)

    • $750 Hoselink e-Gift Card 

One (1) prize will be awarded. 

  1. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.   

  1. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.  

Winner Announcement  

  1. The Winner will be chosen at random at 1/108 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW 2100 Australia at 10:00am AEDT on March 18th, 2025 and notified on March 18th, 2025 by email. The winner will be published on www.hoselink.com/win by March 19th, 2025.

  1. If the Winner does not respond within 3 months, Hoselink will draw a secondary winner on June 20th, 2025 at random at the same location and time as the original draw, to be notified by email no later than June 30th, 2025. The new prize winner will be published on www.hoselink.com/pages/win by June 30th, 2025. 

Delivery of the Prize  

  1. Hoselink will get in touch via email or phone with the winner within 14 days to schedule delivery of the prize

  1. Cash prizes (if applicable) will be delivered by electronic funds transfer or another means agreed upon with the winner

  1. If the prize pack or portion of the prize pack is unavailable, for whatever reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.   

Data Protection and Publicity  

  1. The Entrants agree that any personal information that they provide when entering the competition will be used by Hose Pro USA LLC for the purposes of administering the competition.  

  1. The winner’s first and last name will be announced on Hoselink’s website and social media channels. 

  1. All information collected may be re-used for marketing purposes by Hoselink USA, it will not be passed onto any additional third party.   

General 

  1. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook or YouTube. 

  1. Hose Pro USA LLC reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
