Yes! We even have a slow retract feature to ensure walking the hose back into the reel is as safe and easy as possible. It is worth noting that, as our Retractable Hose Reels are spring-loaded, the springs do need to be set tightly to guarantee the retracting mechanism operates properly and the hose retracts fully, which can make it feel heavy to pull the hose out. However, the tension within the spring will naturally alleviate over time and this will become easier.
